Return & Refund Policies:

Eligible for return:
Wrong or damaged item (Except for customer's error on personalization information)
1. Return Process

  • To return the products, please submit an item change request to customer service via ;
  • After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send us the product and the product ID;
  • A tracking number of the returning package will also be required;
  • We will deal with the product exchange or refund after we receive your returning package.
2. Refund Process (if applicable)

  • We’ll issue a refund to your wallet in a few days if we are not otherwise informed of your preferred refund method. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or to be withdrawn to your payment account;
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent. If you are approved of refund, your refund will go back directly to your original payment method within 7-15 business days;
  • If you haven't received the refund after 7~15 business days, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank;
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 

3. Products can be returned within 30 days after you received them.

4. To be eligible for returning:
  • The product needs to be in its original packaging;
  • The product isn't used or damaged
5. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

6. We do not accept any request of exchange & return for the "specials" and "Final Sales"

7. Damaged items
  • If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
8. Order Cancellation
  • We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase;
  • You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via  if you decide to cancel the order;
  • We do NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
