1. Why should I create an account on MYLUVSEED?

It makes your shopping experiences more convenient by allowing you to:

2. How do I register?

Click "Sign up" at the top right corner of our website. You can register with Facebook, Google+, or Email account.

3. What if I forgot my password?


Click the "forgot password" at Login, then follow the instructions to reset your password. 

4. What happens if my item is out of stock?


If the item in your processing order is out of stock, you will receive a notification and you can choose to replace the item with another one or require a refund.



Order & Payment

1. Can I change my item, size or shipping address of a paid order?

  • Yes, to make changes to your order before it is shipped, send us an email at support@mail.myluvseed.com  
  • Please note that we could only help you change the information before it is shipped out.
  • Therefore, please review your order information carefully when you place the order.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal and Credit Card

Shipping

1. Which countries do you provide services?

We could ship to most countries, including the United States, United Kindom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, etc.  

2. When can I expect my order after I placed it?

  • We need 3-6 working days to process the order. And it takes 7-15 days for the package to be delivered after it was sent out.
  • Total delivery time=Processing time+Shipping time
  • Please note this is just an estimation, there may be variances in times for different products.
3. How can I track my package? Do I have a tracking number for my package?

  • Once an order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

  • Item(s) returned should be unused, undamaged, and in original wrappings;
